The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the ease of accessibility throughout the hotel, from the spacious rooms to the well-designed pathways and facilities. The staff made sure that everything was convenient and comfortable for us, offering assistance whenever needed.

Although the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, it would have been even better if they had more knowledge about the specific needs of senior people. A little more attention and consideration towards the needs of the mature guests would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The mosquitoes could easily enter the rooms, so a mosquito net for the bed would have been helpful.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and bars. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, including bikes, a full kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The service is excellent, with daily villa cleaning and thoughtful turndown service. The floating breakfast is a must-try, delicious and beautifully presented. It's the best place to stay in Gili Air.
